Dr. Christian Stoerle

Dr. Christian Störle is a German and European Patent Attorney as well as a European Trademark and Design Attorney. He is a chemist and Doctor of Human Biology. He has worked in the field of intellectual property law since 1992 and has been admitted to practice as a German Patent Attorney in 1995. Only one year later he was admitted as a European Patent Attorney.

Dr. Störle advises in the technical fields of organic and inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, diagnostics, polymer chemistry, food chemistry, material sciences, electrochemistry as well as biochemistry, pharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals.

He has extensive knowledge and skills in patent grant proceedings and in appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office including an extensive experience in the preparation and conduction of oral proceedings. Furthermore, he has gained a wide experience in all kind of trademark matters, including opposition cases and prior right agreements.
